I work both remotely and in-person depending on your location. If you're located in London or Brussels, I'm just a Eurostar or metro ride away! Need more ad hoc or incidental work? I'm also available for work billable by the hour, available in 5 and 10-hour blocks of time.  

USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN & DESIGN SPRINT FACILITATION

1-Day Heuristic Analysis/Evaluation

Do you need a quick evaluation for you or your client? This package is meant to be an overview of addressable issues with your site or project that end in actionable steps for improvement. This includes an initial 45 minute call to familiarize ourselves with the project and review any overarching issues. Turnaround time is 72 hours. 

1-Week UX Research Sprint

This can be a great starting point to discover the good areas as well as the less clearly defined aspects of your project. This will be an interactive process that sees you, the client, drawing out your ideas as a way to properly define them. We can investigate who your current users really are and where you'd like to shift your target market; understand the main design problem you're trying to solve; craft a narrative for your product and work through areas to focus and prioritize. 

At the end, you'll be a presented with a set of recommendations and documents that make sense for you. These can be: stated design problem, user personas, user journeys, etc. 

1-Week UX Design/Prototyping Sprint

Here is where we put to test any existing or new ideas that you have for your project. We'll define a design problem and hypothesis to test, recruit users, create a prototype and test it. This results in a prototype of varying fidelity that’s tested with a group of core internal or external users. A prototype can take the form of paper, digital, wire frames, HTML w/ your engineering team, video walk through, etc.

You'll be a presented with a set of recommendations and potential next steps. Depending on the size of your project, we may be able to do a revised version of the design idea.
